I'm going to go with the definition of "know" being more of "talked to personally" because otherwise I can name a lot of stuff that doesn't really matter and instead is more of stupid trivia.

In this case...I know the mayor of my city, Mayor Michael Nutter. He was on TMZ...that makes him a celebrity right?

I also met the creator of the webcomic PhDcomics (Here's the link http://www.phdcomics.com/comics.php I doubt any of you would like it.)

Also, I met Steve Smith, AKA Red Green. He's the star of the Canadian sitcom, The Red Green Show. It's like a joke "Man's Life"/Outdoor Magazine kind of show based around this dilapilated lodge full of junk and stuff like that.

Otherwise, I never met any real celebrity...
