I don't know what have become of the world nowadays...
I see little kids walking with mobiles (like Iphones, Blackberry, Samsungs etc) and wearing clothes of strippers or not-there-age-clothes
They also talk nonsense and most of them think they are a big thing..:/
Saying words like yolo, swag and already taking drugs or , driknk or smoke or even become pregnant....-_-''
The whole generation had changed and i dislike it...

The music has become bad, the lyrics doesn't make any sense and music itself isn't important anymore! They just wanne make money, music nowadays (especially pop) is just a normal, typical beat with lyrics about drugs, 'girls' and other unimportant stuff....or they just sing a word repeatedly, add some other non-cohesive words and call it a ''song''. I'm not saying that all the music is bad, some artist and bands DO make great music and I appreciate that.

And there are people/events that I don't understand....
Like the all those ''trends'' as plaking, owling, milking, 'Oppa Gangam Style' and ''Harlem Shake'' (just for those who can't dance..although the famous Harlem Shake isnt even the real dance...:/)
And those people on FB, Twitter, Instagram and other social medias. It's okay to post some things, like you have obtained your license or whatever. But some ( actually, most of them nowadays) just post about EVERYTHING, what they do, think, eat, etc. I mean, we don't need to know what you do every second.....And they just spend their whole day checking out updates, posting unimportant stuff, making stupid quotes or whatever.....

I'm just annoyed to wake up, every day, in THIS world, knowing that the good, old times won't turn back.....
I'm not saying that the former was better when there were also problems (and helpless people...*cough*), but in my view, it was better than how tihngs are now.
I just miss the old times...:'(

I just console myself in knowing that the idiots who partake in these trends are much more likely to be the future employees of McDonalds, and not the billionaires.

I totally agree with you. I volunteer at a preschool, and almost every kid I've talked to says they have their own Ipad. And guess what? I don't have an Ipad.

I'm lower class, so I still get things, but not NEARLY as often. Not that I want things. I don't want an Ipod, Ipad, Iphone, "I" anything. I'm perfectly fine with my dinosaur Motorolla flipphone and mp3 player.

It's not that I really want an Ipad either. (I have my own laptop, anyway.) It just feels kind of strange when someone so much younger than you can have electronics of their own. I didn't get my own phone until I was in ninth grade, haha.
