i hate how i cant walk around with my john hanging out. im gonna write a letter to the board of education and possibly the mayor about this topic. heres what i have so far

Dear Board of Education,
Im writing this letter to discuss a very important topic, my pen.is. I was wondering why I, or the students aren't allowed to let our d**ks hang out. i don't know if its just me, but i need to give it some room to grow and on top of that, i like to show it off. It also needs some room to breathe since my jeans cant contain it. On that note, why aren't the girls in school allowed to walk around naked? Scratch that, why aren't all the pretty girls allowed to walk around naked. Im absolutely sure that the students wouldn't have any problems with this, especially not me. Or if you can't make that happen, can you at least make them wear mini skirts and a tight white, buttoned shirt with the first two top buttons undone? I believe that you need to enforce that on them, teach them some discipline. Thank you for your time and i hope you can help me accomplish these goals. Have an excellent day.
