First, I want to thank everyone who has been patient while I figured out the issue.

The "hacker" used an exploit (copied the code from another website no less) which allowed him to watch user information.

I've patched this exploit and am currently spending time securing all other scripts.

If you can not log into your account, please send me an email at [email protected].

I also recommend everyone to change their passwords, especially mods. Even if you have already, it may be a good idea to do it again as this patch went into effect less then an hour ago.

Mod abilities and other site features(chat) will come back slowly over the week/weekend.

As for the "hacker" I am in talks with a lawyer who specializes in this sort of thing. Defacing, cracking accounts and deleting source files is considered a class B felony (punishable by up to 20 years in prison, a fine of up to $15,000, or both).

While I'm not one to hold grudges, this user has been a pain for quite some time and I hope to find a desirable outcome which will allow me to spend more time making GamesButler better.

Well anyways, this 'hacker' was just a good ol' noob. Been looking around and he seems to have made a profile on every single 'hacking' website there is, as a beginner asking for help etc.
