You see a shirt that cost 97$, but you don't have any cash, so you borrow 50$ from your mom and 50$ from your dad = 100$. You buy the shirt and get 3$ as change, so you give your mom 1$, and your dad 1$ & keep the other 1$ for yourself. You now owe mom 49$ and dad 49$ = 98$ & your 1$ makes 99$ so where is the missing 1$ ?
Sorry for my horrible grammar. This is very unlike me. :)
The error is you are saying you owe $98 but you have $1 therefore adding up to $99. This is like saying -98+1=99 when the actual answer is -97 which is the amount of money you lost.
The question asked where is the missing 1$.
Create a theory to prove that wrong or maybe you already have.
Wait. Let me check my calculations.
This forum put my life in serious danger. My head nearly exploded trying to figure that out.
An extension: The store has $97, and you, your mom, and your dad each have $1 = $100
You get expensive shirts.
What the hell are you doing buying a $97 dollar shirt anyway?! O.O
It was a very nice shirt.
What was it's Stamina rating?
Did you ever get the shirt?
And what is this shirt's Stamina rating?
When does a shirt have stamina?
