Ok so there is this big thing going on about bullies. Weather or not they are criminals. So what do you think? Are they criminals? Why? Are they not criminals? Why?

I think Bulling horrible. Also it depends how far the bully goes on with bulling to determine if they are actual criminals or not.

One of my friends got bullied when we were in high school, it was bad.
She almost killed herself over it.
So, yes they can be criminals.
