This week I'll be working on the new activity/game feed that I showed off last week, but after that I'm going to start working on 'Chat 2.0'

+5 points for ideas on how to improve the chat!

Some ideas I have:

-Faster/Lighter. Right now there is a slight delay on the chat, I want to make it a lot faster.
-More settings. (Disable sounds)
-Bug fixes, easier to block people

Yes, please make it so that you can disable the sound. Possibly, that you can write your status on your chat tab like it used to be when chat started.

And maybe some changes in chat when you're playing a game, like changing the profile's name color when you write.

Put in features to customize your writing font, size, color, ect. Maybe be able to have something come up on the other person's screen when, say I, am typing. Maybe like "mjf910 is typing" but let us be able to personilize what it says/what it is (maybe like dog running across the bottom of the chat window, perhaps.) And maybe for the sound, make us be able to have a selection of noises to chose from.
Perhaps add a bar under the name bar that says " 'mjf910 is playin 'Papa's Freeziria' "

I think you should be able to move the chat box or pop it out into a new window.

I say put a time stamp. That way I know not to really respond to some people if I come back from being away for a while.

chat rooms

invite people to the game through chat so like if ur chatin to people if they arent playin then it says to u "hey, this player isnt playin the game you are" then it gives u a buble to click, when u click that buble it sends a link of the game u playin to them, cool?

plus, what happend to the chat rooms i know there was chat rooms at once

I really like your ideas. Maybe make it easier to chat in a group as well? Also, and I think a few people have already said something about this, putting the general chat back up would be lovely. (:

speeding it up would make chat a lot better.

sometimes on chat my message doesnt go though so could you make it so that no matter what your messages get thought to other people!

i think the beep should be optional and so we could change the beep noise

Possibly add a "Reaction to game" button with various emoticons which would show up on your post (i.e. awesome game= :D ok game=:/ bad game= :(

Maybe a block button?

Maybe a button to make you have better ideas. This seems just like a copy of facebook chat, and TDORtommyboy|FBG $| if you need a block button, just dont be their friend. A cool idea for the site would be a page where you could view all the games by category or something.
