I've added a new forum rule to help fight against spam:

• You must be level 2 or higher to post on the forums

If you are level 1 all you need to do is change your avatar to level up

Well, all you have to do to reach level 2 is change your avatar and your background. That eliminates most of the forum spamming as of recent. So I'm fine with setting that as the limit

That's probably for the best. I've been on this site for quite some time and have noticed that people with lower levels tend to be spammers. Hope it works out! (:

I like this new rule, but I also think a person should chat at level 2 in the private chat because there is some spammers on the private chat that annoy me.
