use ur mind and tactics don't just make a break for the green guy if u think u can get him wait until u KNOW u can get him

and use dark alleys if the alarms on or gaurds are near by

The tutorial pretty much sums it up. I think the sprinting is better than invisibility. Take time, and hid behind objects.
